Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

Please note: Return requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items (such as perishables or personalized gifts) are non-returnable. We'll always mention this on the product page where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re truly sorry if you received a damaged or wrong item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund.
